Toni focuses on leadership development, instructional coaching and consulting in P-12 schools and universities. With over 30 years of experiences, Toni has worked with leadership teams in schools in North, Central and South America, as well as Europe and China. Her unique focus is on strategic planning for inclusive schools, preparation of instructional coaches, developmental supervision and collaborative teaching. In that regard, she provides customized materials for public, independent and private schools and agencies to assist them in planning for large scale changes. Toni has been a tenured professor at a large, state university in Atlanta for the past 20 years. Prior to that time, she worked as a school administrator in large, metropolitan school districts in the Midwest and Northeast.
Toni has her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Southern Illinois University. She currently teaches at Kennesaw State University. She has published her research on innovative practices in coaching in top tier journals such as, Action in Teacher Education, the International Journal of Inclusive Education, and Cogent.
